You didn’t specify what kind of bows you are making. For apparel, yes, but it will be soft and floppy bows. Of course you can stiffen these bows with interfacing specifically for knits. If you want to make bows for wrapping presents or furniture, this material is not really suitable. Try polyester organza.

No, I cut the edges and that curl after that.

It might be too thin for sportswear. Soft and drapey, great for ladies garments.

could this be used to make slips?

I don’t see why not. It’s stretchy and comfortable, although I believe slips are commonly made from satin.
