I’ve been happy with this product. So far so good. I’ve had it for almost a month now and the thermometer works really well. It’s kept my basking area at a constant 94 degrees. It’s pretty easy to use and a good bang for the buck. One thing is there isn’t a switch to turn it on and off. There’s an up and down temp adjustment and a set button. So I have to unplug it every night. A switch would be awesome. That said, my kids we playing with the instruction booklet and lost it, so there could be some button combo to press to turn it off maybe?? But I’m not sure on that. Overall I recommend this product.

This has been great for my Pacman setup. I’ve been using for a few months now. I needed something to fit in a very small space and this works with my deep heat projector great so far. I keep set at a steady 83 degrees and it’s running nonstop. No problems whatsoever! Quality seems good. The dimmer and temperature control are perfect. Long press set button to change temperature. Can be used on Celsius or Fahrenheit. Didn’t come with mounting accessories but I was able to attach it above the tank to give some clearance with zip ties to a metal shelf above it. I would buy again if needed for more uses.

I have been using these lamp fixtures for about a month and I’ve been really pleased. I have tested them with a surface temp gun and ambient thermometer and the gauges appear to work well for heat regulation. I am using them with Arcadia heating bulbs (which just barely fit) and have had no issues with the dimming functionality. I also appreciate the small form factor. These fixtures are narrow enough at the lamp opening that I can put them close to each other to concentrate heat in a smaller basking area. My only suggestion for improvement would be an on off switch. Unless I’ve missed it, there is no way to shut these off. I fixed that problem by using a Kasa smart power strip to plug them in and can use the switch on the power strip to turn on and off, as well as setting a timer for automatic on/off. I would recommend this product. Just a quick update - it's almost a year and a half since I started using these and they still work perfectly.

It works just as expected. I connected it to a automatic timer plug, and now it turns on and turns off exactly at the time that I want it to, and it remembers the temperature that I set, even after it loses power and it gets turned back on.

Works like it’s supposed to. I like the thermostat and the thermometer probe is easy to place. Turtle loves it. Good light quality. I just wish there was a way to turn it off without unplugging it. Right now it’s plugged into a separate timer so it turns off automatically after 12ish hours, but before that we had to unplug it every time. I can’t set it down on top of anything if I want to get into the tank without unplugging the lamp because the probe isn’t there and the hot light will scorch the table or book or whatever I set it on.

Really awesome light fixtures! I bought one for my brooder while raising day old chicks, I soon needed to add a second brooder, so I needed another light and came right back here to purchase one more! It’s so much better to set the temp (which drops each week they get older), to ensure they are acclimating to the warmth or lack thereof appropriately to be ready to move outside to their coop without heat once they are fully feathered. The only thing I will suggest to anyone considering purchasing for chicks is be sure to position the temperature probe in a place they can’t all huddle and sleep on top of, or the prove will read so high the light won’t come on. Not a huge deal just suspend it above then some. I will absolutely point anyone in this brand’s direction when raising chicks! Nice job! A+ rating: durability, ease of use, dimmability, value for money!

Great heat lamp for my snake love that it comes with a thermometer easy to use and to set up

It worked very well when I first set it up. Suddenly, it won’t go higher than 26 Celsius, while being set at 32 Celsius. Still haven’t been able to get it to switch to Fahrenheit .. also, I can’t just “ship it back” because I don’t have a back up and my snake needs some sort of warmth, even if this isn’t warm enough. This is kind of ridiculous. I’m not very happy. Also, the number blinks at all times on the thermometer, not sure if that’s supposed to happen, but it does.
