This works nicely to get the shape one wants for bread. It is also handy to use when I turn the bread out into my hot Dutch oven. I recommend this product but can't help but wonder if the right shaped plastic bowl and dish towel would work just as well. Regardless, I feel like a fancy artisan bread maker when using it and that combined with the low price make it totally worth it.

after ordering other products from other sellers and getting nothing like what was described this was a breath of fresh air the bowls were tight and held flower and dough well created grate loves of sourdough.

This sourdough basket well hold a single roll , so disappointing. 🤷
