Serial number mismatch
Issue has been resolved. Dealer personally looked into the matter and help solve the serial number mismatch issue. Okaya confirmed that issue might be during the packaging of product at their side.

Pathetic After Sales Service. Not reliable at all. I will avoid buying
I spent Rs 13000 to buy OKAYA PowerON OPSJT19048 160Ah Super Jumbo Tubular Advanced Battery for Home, Office & Shops | Robust & Compact Design | Extra Backup Plus (XBD+ Technology) | 48 Months Total Warranty. And i feel cheated. For more than 15 days, i am trying to register their warranty. Okaya keeps avoiding it on different grounds even though invoice and warranty card are submitted multiple times. Now, their escalation desk and has stopped responding to my mails as well. Matter escalated to their head office and nodal officer. Warranty is still not registered. If this is level of ignorance and customer care offered by Okaya, warranty of 48 months doesnt matter. (24 months + 24 Months) as any customer cant expect any suuport if any need arise. I will never buy their product again as it is not worth wasting Rs. 13,000 for such pathetic customer service.
