Bought for a country trip as my son who's a cross country and climbing nut suggested it for the energy and protein..tested one... nice easy to use product,used in pasta to add an extra dimension very versatile, taste wise like a good mild cheddar,and for the price about cost for what you would pay for similar (minus the protein content) in the shops
