I was really looking forward to this product. The lights worked fine, but the burner keeps cutting off and I had to put foil over the coil because they did not provide the grain. The grain they did provide is too small. If they fix the issue I’ll update the rating. May have to return it keeps cutting off after 3 mins. Returned the original and received another. The burner cuts off after 90 secs and the grain is too small and is a fire hazard without foil. Extremely disappointed. Do not buy.

This is a RAGGEDY piece of JUNK that does not come close to doing what is is described as doing. It heats for a couple of seconds, and that's about it. The concept or idea is good: a container with an electrical element that heats so that you can place bakhoor on it to burn without having to light charcoal. Now, if someone would only create it, because this thing ain't it!

I wasn't sure what to expect out of this, but I have to say it's EXTREMELY easy to use.Just charge it with the included cable, and boom. ready to go!I got incense bits (Not included with the product) and I just put them in there - good to go!You can change the color of the LED to match your home decor, so it's a pretty cool feat!It comes also with a remote which I think it's a bit unnecessary and overkill, but good to have if you want it :)5/5!

Trash product. Does not work. It just BURNS up everything including the tiny gold plate for the frankincense which is quite small. Dangerous smoke, no smell of frankincense. Just fumes!! Score of zero.

While an interesting incense burner the mesh that it is shown to come with is just a metal plate with holes that does not securely mount. while it does do the job mine only ran for about 30 min.
