Great product!
When I take this, I feel like I get cleansed in a gentle way. It makes stool easy to pass as well. I love it. It's a big pill so if you have a problem swallowing, maybe this won't be for you. There are no side effects that I have observed. Great quality product. There is no taste, just feels slimy because if the capsule the oil is in but to me it's fine because it's a great product.

Hmm
So not sure how well or if it works for me, I heard it can lower antibodies on thyroid, haven't tested yet to see the difference. It does make me burp like crazy so am taking it before bed and problem solved. Will update when I find or see more.

Results As Expected
Another helpful supplement from the Carlyle Store. - Results as expected. - Size: The capsules are larger than I expected they would me, at 1 inch long as shown in photo. However, they are smooth and thankfully easy for me to swallow. - A terrific value. I highly recommend this product.

I have tried a few different black seed oils and capsules and these are THE BEST! I actually can feel these making me calmer and sleep so much better!! Capsules are large but easy to swallow and after burps are much less than other brands.
