Good for leg cramps
I take 1/3 dosage at bedtime for feet and leg cramps. Seems to help a lot!What I don't like is a full dosage is 6 tablets, so you are not getting a large dosage amount in the container.

Best calcium magnesium supplement I’ve ever found!
Love this product! I can’t take calcium by itself as it causes issues. The only product I’ve found that has an equal amount of magnesium. Other brands with half the amount of magnesium don’t resolve the issue but this product does!

What a mess!
This is the second order that has arrived with multiple capsules having opened up and spilled all over the container inside. Each time I take any of the capsules it gets all over my hands and mouth! It's a mess!I thought maybe it was a one time thing but when the next order arrived the exact same way, now I know, don't buy this brand again..Too bad, the product works just fine. I just don't need to put up with a mess like this!
