Broke after a single use and ineligible for return
For the single time that this worked, the product was leaky, and it has now stopped heating at all so only leaks. I chose this model cause it looked sleek and portable but the construction is cheap. Avoid.

Great size and heats up great.
Purchased this steamer to help soften the material on the brim of my new hats. This steamer heats up very quick and works perfect. Also used it to take wrinkles out of a shirt when I had no iron. With the decent size water tank I don’t have to constantly keep filling it up. The compact size makes it perfect for travel as well. Highly recommended.

Light-weight and Effective Clothes Steamer
Nice and compact, and works very well for a light-weight item. Perfect for travel within North America (can't be used in Europe)

Short lived usage
As described, this product is small and compact, easy to pack for travelling, and simple to use. However after 5 uses, the device no longer produced steam - instead it would sputter warm water like a leaky faucet. It also gets very very hot, and requires almost an hour to properly cool. Overall, I would not recommend this product - and instead find another more reliable device.

Better than my last one from a famous brand
It has good steam quality for its size. If you need a steamer that's light in the hand which makes it easy to use it's a great choice. I had one before and this has a bit more power with ease of use which makes a huge difference in daily use
