Excellent product.
Love this little laptop. And you'd never know it was reconditioned. Even our professional computer guru was impressed. We also have a 16" Lenovo laptop that works like a charm with amazing speed. Lenovo truly makes the best products with great performance and ease of operation.

Portable, fast and efficient
I came to revievew after trying it out. First: the speed is impeccable Second: it's feather weight Third: the price is great and it was delivered in perfect condition However, unlike my preverious Lenovo I think there's an issue with the fan. It's too loud after using for less than half an hour. I didn't expect this. Hence I give it a 4 star instead of 5

Perfect for my needs.
I’ve been using this for over a month now, and it’s been great. I mainly use it for checking stocks on the go, and the keyboard is very comfortable. The battery life is excellent, and the size is perfect for everything—from watching YouTube to doing light work. I can keep multiple tabs open at once, and it still runs smoothly.

Poor quality
I had issues with this product since day 1. Charger wasn't working, then it was the keyboard that wasn't working. I sent it to the insurance and tgey are unable to repair it. I was sold a lemon

College going away present
I purchased this laptop as a gift to my daughter. I could not afford brand new so this was the best I could manage. She is starting her freshman year at university as an engineering major and her program requires certain computer specifications to meet the software requirements they will be using. The alternative was she could use the computers in the computer lab but for safety and security, I wanted her to be able to work from her dorm room if she ever has to stay up late. This met the standard computer specifications and the price was decent. So far it’s working so no complaints.
