can these cloths be warmed in the microwave?

I don’t see any problem with heating these woven paper wash cloths in a microwave. Moderation would be a good idea.

Do they contain Benzethonium chloride?

From what I can see, these are simply disposable cloths without any chemicals at all.

Are these latex free?

The brand I have been sent is "Cardinal Health" not Medpride. They are disposable, not flushable. The package has" Not made with natural rubber latex" on it. There are other ingredients but no further mention of latex.
