I bought this flash drive a few weeks ago. It began to throw disk errors. I was able to copy my files to another drive. I contacted Sandisk so that I could have this thumb drive replaced. The RMA process was simple. I called SanDisk and a nice customer service rep walked me through the steps. I uploaded my reciept, photos of the drive that showed the serial number. With in a couple of weeks my replacement was sent via UPS. Today 04/16/2026 the replacement thumb drive arrived. It was the best customer experience I've ever had

works great, HUGE amount of storage, but now there's anxiety since this thing is TINY, SUPER tiny. i could sneeze and lose it and then 500 gb of data gone. it didn't come with a lanyard, but first thing i did was put a big lanyard on it, so far i think i still know where it is.

La capacità è ottima e fa bene il suo lavoro, soprattutto per archiviare file e avere sempre con sé una sorta di mini hard disk in tasca. L’unica pecca è l’alloggiamento in plastica, che non trasmette una grande sensazione di solidità. Inoltre, durante trasferimenti lunghi o di file molto pesanti, tende a scaldarsi parecchio e a volte il trasferimento si interrompe con comparsa di un messaggio di errore.

Excellent USB stick; however, now Jan 2026 it’s EUR 122 , I bought it 2 months ago for EUR 84, that’s 50 pct up in 2 months…
