Really good to travel

Got it for my trips, it's very soft, and comfortable. The only thing is that the cap is too small, specially for taller people

I thought it comes with the hoodie. Photos show the hoodie in at least 2 pictures. This is very misleading and I think I will be returning this. If you want a basic travel pillow this is still a decent option.

I’ve never been the type that used a neck pillow, but this was a game changer for me. I work night shifts at a jail and sometimes we take turns napping reclined in our chairs and this was perfect. the hood is great and blocks out so much light, and makes you feel like you have a lot of privacy. It supports your neck great, it’s comfortable, the adjustable clasp on the front is icing on the cake too. I’ve slept great in this thing. I’m ordering another one for my husband.

We purchased this product couple of weeks before our flight. When we opened it a week before the trip, it smelled like plastic/glue. The memory foam still smelled too strong after a week. We tried using the dryer and run 30 minutes in low temperature which helped a little. We like this product and plan to continue using it. If we knew about the smell, we would have opened plastic wrapping early before use.

If you’re like me, you don’t actually wear the pillow around the back of your neck, but on the side. This is still very comfy that way and the hood still usable. The drawstring keeps it either secure on you or your personal item on the plane. There’s a pocket to stash the hood if you don’t want to use it. Definitely good quality. Just wish I would have thought to wash the cover to get rid of that new memory foam smell, but it’s not super strong even out of the package. Hood does good blocking light, though I’d still recommend an eye mask if you really want to sleep undisturbed. This honestly would probably even be great for reading or watching tv in bed too.

I purchased two of these for myself, and my significant other for a trip to Italy, where we had two flights for a total of 13 hours in each direction. Both of us have some neck issues and really wanted a comfortable and portable neck pillow. The positives are, the memory foam is soft, the travel bag is sturdy, and even though it is difficult to get the pillow back into the bag, it does stay in once it is in there, and the hood was a nice addition for warmth and darkness. Well, we didn’t like were the fact that it was actually a little too thick on the sides, and the ridges in the back, made it so that we were pushed forward rather being able to relax backward on the pillow. Honestly, we didn’t use it most of the time and relied on old-fashioned leaning on each other Instead.
