Effective and Worthwhile!
I started taking Zita West NAC to improve my sperm, and while it's hard to pinpoint the exact reason, my recent tests have shown a positive improvement!! We're trying for baby number 2 and this product has worked for me. Highly recommend!

Take this according to bottle directions if you want to vomit
I followed the directions on the bottle which said take two capsules on an empty stomach. I took it first thing in the morning and within 5 minutes was violently vomiting it back up. Disgusting and to be honest, I’m not sure I’ll have the courage to ever try it again, even with food in my stomach.
