The device might have stuck in bootloader mode. Remove it from your Bluetooth settings and perform manual update. Insert the battery into your device and then run slow OTA update in Shelly Debug App.

To use this device with the Shelly Smart Control app, a gateway is required. Compatible gateways are Shelly BLU Gateway, or any Shelly Plus, Pro or Gen3 device (excluding sensors).
