Only had this a week and love it.It actually works so many things promise relive but fall short this works Once your used to the cold it becomes very relaxing and you almost forget you have a migraine well worth trying.

I choose this item as i needed the inner tubes quickly but was disappointed to find that they were sent 2nd class & not 1st class as advertised.also I was disappointed in the flimsy packaging that was used with no protection for the inner tubes inside although the picture shows that a cardboard box would be used The inner tubes were sellotape together which was difficult to remove, when elastic bands would be a better option.time will tell if the inner tubes are of good quality.all of this doesn't give me any confidence to use this company again.
