I ordered this several months ago and waited to write the review because all water hoses are good when they are new. This is a great hose. It has been very durable dragging it across rocks and uneven ground. It does not kink and rolls up nicely. This is the best hose I’ve had by far and at a good price. I highly recommend.

I've been through a lot of traditional hose, all of then promised no, or reduced kinking - that was untrue. Until I started using metal hose! I'm surprised these are not really sold in the big box stores. In Arizona, the rubber or vinyl hose is quickly degraded by the intense sun. Cactus spines puncture the thickest material, but not with this excellent hose. Counterintuitively, the hose is extremely light weight compared to others. With the pressure off the hose coils or rolls up like a dream, nothing like any vinyl hose. Some may say the volume output is lower than a traditional hose. That's true, but for plant watering and car washing it's more than adequate. It's the only kind of hose I will ever buy!

The hose is fantastic, so far. It’s very light & just glides over my patio. I initially purchased it so I don’t have to have to haul a heavy hose & it’s made such a difference. It’s very long & can span my whole yard. I haven't noticed any leaks however the nozzle is very cheap plastic I’m not holding my breathe on that one.

We've only had this hose a few weeks but I'm so pleased with, it I have already recommended it to several neighbors. It is so much easier to use than our old plastic hose and reel set up. I keep it hanging on a hose hanger. I carry the coiled hose out to the lawn and lay it out before I turn on the water. It glides easily across lawn, pavers or bark and I never have to yank on it to get kinks out BECAUSE IT TRULY IS KINK-PROOF. When I'm done, I turn off the water, open the nozzle to drain the hose, drag most of the hose in the vicinity of the faucet and then easily loop it on the hanger. The hose is pretty light weight and very supple when not pressurized. The hose is identical to what you'd have on a quality hand held shower sprayer. It seems well made. It comes with a sleeve that protects the faucet end from being bent at too sharp an angle. I'm not sure how that would work with a hose reel, but in my opinion you don't need one with this hose because it is so easy to coil. The nozzle is plastic, but works surprisingly well. The one tradeoff with this hose is water flow volume. A traditional 5/8" hose will put out noticeably more gallons per minute than this smaller diameter hose. If you are filling a pool, putting out a brush fire or running a pressure washer you might want to keep your old hose around. For watering flower pots or the vegetable garden or car washing, this should provide adequate flow. I'm impressed that this hose comes with a 2 year warranty. That speaks volumes when a company is prepared to stand behind their product like that. I would recommend this for any gardener or homeowner, especially for old fogies like me who struggle with heavy traditional hoses.

This 100FT metal garden hose works really well for everyday use. It feels strong and doesn’t kink like traditional hoses, which makes watering much easier and less frustrating. Water pressure is consistent, and the length is great for covering larger areas without needing to move it around too much. It’s also lighter than I expected for a metal hose, so handling and storing it isn’t difficult. I’ve liked using it overall, but I do wish it held up a bit better after long-term use. Over time, it can start to show some wear depending on how often it’s used and stored. That said, it still performs well and gets the job done. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want something more durable than a standard hose with less tangling.

This is a great product. It absolutely will not kink and it moves around much easier than a traditional rubber hose. Also want to mention that the company has outstanding customer service. I had a minor defect that occurred with my hose 9 months after getting it. They replaced it without a problem. I highly recommend this hose

At 175 feet. I can reach just about everywhere i need to, on my farm. It's nozzle has a comfortable grip, and a threaded sleeve that makes it easy to screw it on the hose, even when the water is running. It has even been run over by a car and it want affected. A durable hose at a good price. Am definitely looking at buying another one to use at the other end of the pasture so i dont have to move it back and forth while watering the animals.

Picked this up for outdoor use and it works fine overall, but there are a couple tradeoffs. The hose itself is durable and does what it’s supposed to do. There is no kinking and it’s easy to move around compared to a standard rubber hose. Water volume isn’t great though. It’s noticeably lower than a typical hose, so filling things or running a sprinkler takes longer. My main concern is the fittings. They’re advertised as brass, but they’re already starting to corrode and look/feel more like aluminum. That’s something to keep an eye on long term as they kinda weld themselves to the spigot after a while. Bottom line: good for light use where flexibility and durability matter, but don’t expect high flow or premium fittings.

I had a number of rubber hoses and finally got fed up with fighting with them all the time to untangle them and lug them to the front of the house. Love that this hose is lightweight and basically disentangles itself. So much easier to work with than a regular rubber hose. The only feature I would like to see added to this hose would be a built in shut off valve. I have seen this shut off valve included in a couple of the other hoses I purchased and I find it to be very convenient. I am not docking any points for this as I was aware of this before I purchased this hose. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase
