Beautiful diffuser but stopped working after a couple of weeks

I don’t really see the appeal but my daughter loves this. She’s had it about 18 months and puts it on at night when going to bed. Not too noisy and has tranquil lighting to help you relax as well as pleasant aroma filling the room. Quite durable

It looks lovely on video , my son brought me this for my birthday as I suffer with anxiety, the water did not come out as good as on video , and my son constantly used tools provided to try and make water flow through all the holes and little faster , it said you can put essential oil in , I tried one for anxiety , after a day water only dropping out of a few holes , I am very upset and disappointed, this is definitely not worth the money , it’s worth £10 or less , it sickens me that we spend good money on things to help us and end up not being able to use them Save your money I used mine for few days now it’s just sitting there and I’m £45 down

Overall a very nice device that combines a night light, a humidifier and a white noise provider (?) in one. I bought it as the UK is a bit too dry for me (I'm from Hong Kong so I'm used to a more humid climate), I want some kind of noise going on when I sleep and I need a night light . This thing does all of these things fine. However cleaning it is a bit of a challenge. The only parts you can remove is the lid of the "cloud" which when taken off, allows you to clean off some the algae that builds up inside the "cloud". The "cloud" itself can't be taken off which means you can only lift the plastic barrier to a certain height in order to clean the container. Edit: after cleaning it maybe a few weeks ago the rain cloud has decided to stop working. The thing still lights up, there is still mist but no raining :(

I love this. This was a great investment for me. The rain sound is so relaxing. I also put some essential oils in so that the room smells nice and you can pick the colour to suit you

Completely missing the power cable and no instructions in the box. Edit: on first impressions it is very pretty and relaxing. However the top of the mushroom is quite flimsy, the reservoir is difficult to clean, and the fact there was a missing power cable was a pretty big issue considering it doesn't work without it. Had to use a different cable I already had which was not ideal and no idea if this will damage it. No instructions whatsoever either. I have added a star as the seller refunded the item.

Have bought this for my child for xmas, now end of January and water don't drip, even we use distilled water. Waste of money as it not cheap

It's a good quality product it's very easy to use and have beautiful colour which can be changed and water sound is very relaxing in night time make you fall asleep. Worth having this product

L’appareil n’a jamais marché et le retour aurait coûté 15€. Aucun intérêt et c’est bien dommage car c’était un cadeau de ma fille de 14 ans pour sa grande sœur qu’elle a payé avec son argent Pourquoi le vendre en France s’il ne fonctionne pas à cause de l’amperage ?
