I love the diamond pattern on this set. It truly makes a world of difference in heat distribution. There is no need to spray or coat additional oils on the sheets. Cleanup is a breeze. These baking pans/cookie sheets are surprisingly very sturdy. This set has outperformed and most likely will outlast anything I've purchased in the past. The blue color is rich looking. If there is one weakness it is the finishing roll along the underside of the pans edges. Water will accumulate there and if not dried immediately will cause some minor hidden rusting. Wish there was a way to design around that. still overall an excellent product.
