I have tried many supposed ‘remedies’ to stop, (or at least, reduce), my snoring and night time breathing problems, over the years, with only partial benefits, at best. I have a nasal polyp, which restricts airflow, and have suffered YEARS of poor sleep, with blocked nose, snoring, dry mouth, and constantly waking through the night, to blow my nose, or have a drink of water. So, with this background of nighttime breathing problems, I purchased the snore stopper vents, with the expectation that they would be yet another waste of money, (or at best, be only partially effective). I am very happy to report that for me, they work - and very well, too. For the first time in YEARS, I have been able to get a good night’s sleep - and so has my long- suffering wife, too! I have found that the vents work best for me, if inserted far enough into the nostrils to ensure that the airways are held open at the bridge of the nose. The first time I used them, they felt strange, but I soon got used to them, and have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending them. I’m not saying they are a total cure, as my wife reports that I do occasionally make some soft snoring noises, but for me as the user, they have made an amazing difference to the quality of my sleep - (I actually get some, now!), and I am truly very very impressed with them. The box has 4 sizes, and I suggest you start with the smallest size, and work up. They do feel strange at first, and did cause some minor hilarity - but for me, they really do work! If you have problems with snoring, do give them a try - I think they are brilliant!!

They came quickly but didn’t work how I expected it, they were very uncomfortable when I use them and while I was breathing I was making noise. Good product but not so good

Tickles the nasal passage and I’m concerned that it encourages hayfaver as it creates a bypass of your nose hairs and pollen can travel straight up to your nose. The few times I used them I woke up with itchy eyes and a bunged up nose. It doesn’t even work to stop snoring, well it does but replaces the sound of snoring with an irritating breathing down a funnel sound.

I have found these have really helped to reduce my snoring and has also helped to reduce incidences of sleep apnoea for me. I am sleeping so much better now, I feel better and more refreshed when I wake up too. The only problem is they do sometimes fall out and I have to look for them in the bed. Also, they took a little bit of getting used to at first. I would certainly recommend giving these a try to anyone looking for a solution to their night snoring/breathing problems.

It reduced the snoring but it causes some mucosal irritation.

This product is extremely good at opening your airways and helping you to breathe through your nose easily and efficiently. Customer service is absolutely fantastic, with the supplier checking up on order status and making sure everything is ok. Unfortunately for me personally it has not helped my snoring, however it has helped me breathe more naturally and I feel this may be because I am a mouth snorer which I didn’t realise before using this product!

Personally I could not wear these. I am a light sleeper and although yes they did open my air ways, I found them uncomfortable and so could not sleep with them in.

You get a selection of sizes in this pack - try from the smallest to biggest to find the one that works best for you - eg my husband found that the biggest size fit most snug but it was the next size down that stopped the snoring! So well worth experimenting - with a forced open airway, we BOTH enjoy a better nights' sleep 😃😃😃

I dispositivi di diversa misura si trovano contenuti all'interno di una semplice ma pratica custodia. Basta riuscire a trovare la misura più idonea in base al proprio naso e si sente fin da subito che si respira molto meglio. Diciamo e ci tengo a precisare che non risolve il problema al 100% ma contribuisce in maniera ottima a migliorare la cosa. Riguardo alla mia situazione familiare da quando sono arrivati non ho trovato più la porta della camera di mio figlio chiusa come era solito fare.......😁.

ce produit est vraiment bien ,d'après ma femme plus de ronflement, les nuit sont plus agréable; il y a quatre dimension ce qui est pratique et pour les mettre c'est facile et dans la nuit c'est pas trop dérangeant.

Schnarchen nicht ganz abgestellt 😫, aber immerhin die ganze Nacht ungehindert Luft bekommen.

Tout est dans la titre , l'objet n'est vraiment pas confortable , je les ai perdu plusieurs fois en dormant , je conseille vivement d'autre solution ❤️LES PLUS : 👍Plusieur tailles , peu donc convenir a certaine personnes 💔LES MOINS : 👎Inefficace 👎désagréable 👎tombe pendant la nuit
