Very happy with this steamer so far. It heats up very fast and starts steaming quickly. The cool steam is a nice bonus for clients with sensitive or irritated skin. It’s a bit bulky to roll around the room so if you have a small treatment room keep that in mind. Overall I’m very pleased with this steamer.

I couldn't believe the low price of this product and was expecting a hunk of junk before it arrived. It is made out of plastic but it performs well with the hot steam and I've never worked with cool mist before and that is just great! Also the magnifying loupe lamp is great to have attached. The cords are not very long but that's okay with me, I bought a coil extension cord so it stretches to when I need to put it near the table and springs back out of the way when I'm finished. Very inexpensive for what you get. I will definitely drain the water out of it after using it as the manual suggests , if you're not going to reuse it immediately. Water can build up funk and who needs that! Simply drain it- it's no big deal. I think it will make the machine last longer. Happy steaming! And cool misting 😊🪷

Long story short the device did not work. It was leaking water and as you can see in the video none of the digital portions of the product worked. It was very disappointing. I did my best to contact the company prior to this review with no avail. So I am out all the money that I spent on this machine. Amazon did absolutely nothing to help me with this return.

Easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean. Love that it doesn’t make a racket when water low. Does about 2 facials per fill. Love the hot and cool! With heavy use, be prepared to buy a new one every year or two. It does start to leak but that’s not unique to this steamer. Even if you clean it religiously it will leak water from the body of the machine. There may be a way to disassemble and tighten it up, but that’s not in my wheelhouse.
