My 4 year old loves these letters. They are thick, durable, can easily be cleaned and stored. The print is clear making it easy to read. Perfect for toddlers. Very easy to open packaging. We are now adding letters together to spell words

Purchased for my 18 month old grandson. My daughter in law was looking for a way to incorporate a little ‘school moment’ in his daily schedule. They are a hit! The cards are sturdy and easy to use. A good size for little hands to hold, clear and colorful pictures. We expect the cards will get a lot of handling and will start to show wear and tear! And that’s okay— all good tools start to show a little wear and tear when they are loved and used. He’s learning a new skill and having fun doing it

I have bought these multiple times and multiple variations from this company! Very happy with the quality. I am a mom and a nanny and I taught my son to read by 18mo and the current child I nanny is 14 months and he knows all of his letters and sounds. It’s best to start early and be consistent and these cards are a great start.

Overall, I like these cards. They feel smooth and pretty sturdy (although they could definitely be bent fairly easily). The pictures are bright and engaging for little ones. My one complaint is how some of the letters are written. The worst offender is the letter B. I don’t understand why the middle is not connected. The P doesn’t look like this, so not sure why they decided to do this just for B. It’s random and annoying. For little ones learning their letters, this is less than ideal. I’ve been skipping B when I do them with my daughter, and substituting with a B card from a different set I have. The other one is the I card. The capital on the one side has the lines across the top and bottom. But when you flip the card over, you capital I has no lines. Again, confusing for little ones learning. My daughter keeps saying L when she sees the capital I because it’s written exactly the same as the lowercase L.

Kids love it

My son is really like it. Good material for kids playing and learning without being torn easily. Clear letters and include pictures on the back .

On the good side, these are very sturdy and colorful -- the toddler loves them. On the bad side, they must have been designed by someone who either wasn't a native English speaker or didn't understand phonics. When I'm teaching a toddler, I want him or her to learn the sounds that the letter makes, so using the alternate sound ( such as in giraffe, for g) or a blend (sheep, for s) isn't helpful. Be aware of this if you're hoping to spark early reading and not just using them for letter name identification.
