Popped right in with little fuss. The included plastic pry bar worked as advertised. The rear clip was snagged on the plastic liner on the door, so I had to get a box clutter and slice it. No big deal. You might need a small screwdriver to pop the side clips holding the old one to the panel. Two electrical connectors and the new one was in place. There are YouTube videos showing the exact process. I watched one of them. Took maybe 3 minutes. It's not OEM but I like the feel of the window switches better than the original. It has a "lighter" feel if that makes any sense. Worked like a champ as soon as I installed it. No issues. Looks good. I definitely recommend. Much better than trying to swap window switches from other doors. Just get this thing and be done with it. 5 minutes of tinkering and call it a day.

This fit my 04 Town Car perfectly & was a super easy install! My husband installed it in less than 10 minutes & was a perfect match to the original. It's nice quality & not a bad price at all!
