this supplement is full of goodness
Ive been taking D3, K2, A for some time now, just not all in one...this one has all these and more...any questions or concerns Marc is willing to answer and help. I picked this one because its has lowers IUs and MGs.. I didnt need 5000IUs of Vita A and D and 500mg of K2. Thank you Marc for being so kind and understanding...

Boosts your immune system
Unless I run blood work, there is no real way to know the absorption and effectiveness of the product. I have been taking it for about 4 weeks. No side effects. I don't feel any different.

Great Product
This is one of the best Dim Products on the market. I usually get it from Doctor but since I found this one I don't pay stupid prices for it.

I take these at night, cause D helps me sleep, strange, I know... Its a nice mix of the fat soluable vitamins, hard for me to get D so, that is the driving force the brand seems good, no side effects, well packaged and no soy is good for me... overall, good mix, good value...

Beware
I took four days of this product before a nasty itchy welt appeared on the bend of my arm at the elbow. If you look at the details on the website, it tells you that skin rashes can occur. Unfortunately the bottle label does not say this. I have stopped taking this and have been prescribed a steroid cream to apply.
