Excellent radiator, delivered quickly. This is a well-made product and substantially constructed and thus quite heavy. It is supplied with all fitting parts needed for wall-mounting (note the radiator cannot be stood on the floor) and full user manual. The unit is easy to install. Once installed you need to program the timer and temperatures you want, which requires paying attention to the (clear) instructions in the user manual. Since the unit is fully programmable with the capability of having different settings for every day of the week if you wish, programming is of necessity quite complex. But if you are able to follow simple written instructions it should be no problem. There are also several pre-programmed 'slots' which can be used and these cover the needs of most people and most situations. If not, there are 4 user-definable programs. In use the radiator throws out substantial heat. It is, of course, totally silent in operation and its 'designer' looks make it look good in most rooms. I have only had the unit for a couple of days so cannot comment on its long-term use etc, but so far I am very impressed and would recommend this unit, or one of its counterpart units if you need more, or less, power.

I needed a small relatively low wattage heater for the downstairs loo following a refurb. This neat unobtrusive radiator filled the bill, and had the added attraction of being programmable with a thermostat. I have only just fitted and plugged it in, and it looks great. BUT - this is a Spanish made item, and it is just a tad on the flimsy side and moreover, the instructions have been translated almost verbatim from the Spanish and are not easy to understand (for example it warns of the 'dilatation' of some parts - I think they mean expansion!) and for those with less than 20/20 vision the digital display is hard to read. However, I am hopeful that once I have mastered the 'destructions' it will do all I ask of it.

Item was delivered, installed, and tested before winter (2025-2026) arrived. Couple of months into the cold spell when temperatures were at or close to 0c I noticed a small puddle underneath the radiator. Wiped it not realising it was the radiator leaking, only to find a puddle forming underneath again the following day. Turned the panel upside-down which shows aged oil around what appears to be poor soldering (photo 1). But another week after that it has caused an even greater mess on my floors (photo 2). Not a cheap radiator, so really disappointed it lasted barely a few months. My previous Elpe oil filled radiator died on me as well but that at least lasted a few years, and unlike this Futura radiator, it did not end up taking a leak everywhere like an untrained puppy.

Bought this product due to it being cheap to run , good for keeping the heat ,the room is warm and welcoming but the downside I wouldnt have it in bedrooms and when it has reach temp it clicks to go off then click to reheat . I can hear it through the wall but wall is not brick . We happened to have a power cut and due to that the machine constantly bleeps until electric is restored ,the bleep is loud . The programme oh god I have tried but can only do so much I gave up . I shall keep it but wont put it in any bedroom such a pity . Looks smart and modern but sadly will have to put old one back with a timer much easier . End of day make your own decision

I spent a lot of time reviewing radiators and made the right choice- it did take me a while to understand the settings - but once I did I realised how easy and logical it was. Everything’s work great.

Absolutely no regrets buying this heater. Beautiful looking and easy to fit. Heats a small room very efficiently. Once the electronic controls have been set to your liking, you can merely turn it on and off at the plug socket.
