I told myself not to exaggerate, but I think it deserves more attention as It’s definitely the best pre-workout I’ve ever tasted, so I can understand the price they sell it at. I used a bit more water to dilute it because the flavour of juicy watermelon is quite sour (which I love, sometimes) but also it’s my preference. It genuinely does taste like juicy water melon, and a bit of bubblegum, it’s a pretty light pink shade too once it’s mixed. There was no side effects like the usual tingly, uncomfortable sensation I get with cheaper pre workouts such as Optimum Nutrition (Those are kind of a nightmare, the itchiness is tough to deal with) Ease of mixing is the best, I mixed for a good 20 seconds and there were no clumps left at the bottom of the cup. The amount of energy it gives too, I feel like I could hit a few PR’s when I use it before the gym, I’ve only drank it once on an empty stomach, but I’m sure the performance levels would be just as good as other aspects of the pre. There were also no underlying effects on the skin, or any effects on my body such as my stomach. I think it’s worth noting that it does take a good minute to find the scoop, as I lost a bit of powder whilst struggling to find it. Other than that and my ranting, It’s worth every penny and I’ll gladly purchase it again.

Love this stuff, smells like watermelon and the taste is great and it doesn't give you a fuzzy head after taking just the energy i need for a good workout. Mixes easy in your shaker and its not too overpowering. I take it 30 mins before i get to the gym and thar works for me. It is expensive though but i only use it pre gym so its lasting a while, if you take on non gym days its not so cost effective.

Great for energy but its not a fat burner. Suitable for people with extreme fatigue

This product does absolutely nothing! No effects at all. Might just drink water and will have same benefit as this product. So disappointing.

First time I used it I was sweating but not crazy just normal! I find it works better if you only use it when you go to the gym rather than every day. Tastes good, could be cheaper, no side effects.
