When using as a wet mop does it wring excess water out of the mop head?

no it doesnt, you wash and rinse it and wring it as dry as you can then replace on mop

Can you buy refill pads or is it one off purchase?

I’m not really sure but they wash well. Iv only had it a couple of weeks. Best thing to do is put in the name of product then put in refills. Or try contact company. 🙂

Can you buy replacement mop cloths?

It comes with 5(I think) cloth and they are reusable so one will last quite sometime. I haven’t bought any replacement cloth yet but am sure they are sold separately. The cloth is very good quality . Hope this helps
