What a great package for pasta making! Pretty much everything you could need in the box!Shipping was very fast

Tremendo!! Very easy to use with patience and delicate hands. I rolled my own dough (meaning I did not use a mixer attachment or hand crank roller) and it was simple to achieve a very thin thickness. I recommend rolling to “paper thin”The instruction manual was helpful. In Europe they measure using grams and I thought I’d share my recipe for the dough - 3 cups “00” flour, 3 eggs, dash of olive oil. I added some water once I mixed them together as it was needed. The beginning product of dough can be deceiving; keep kneading and it will become smooth and elastic with persistence! I reused the excess dough trimmings from each round. My yield was around 100+ raviolis. I am so impressed by the simplicity. Great gift idea. I will be making many many more with all sorts of fillings!
