Used to fed the sewer camera through the sewer line to find the direction and how many feet the "Y" was under the foundation and yard.

Best used in conduit, not as a guide wire

Used it to check the backyard drain by affixing a camera cable with zip ties. Moved easily in the 3" drain pipe and slid smoothly around 90degree to explore my backyard drain for clogging. The cable came in a neat package which can reused for storage.

This really works great paired with an inspection camera.
