As expected, and taste isn't bad
Worked just as expected. Licorice root has a ton of different medicinal uses, from helping the gut microbiome to helping balance hormones and adrenals, etc.You can put it in a capsule if you don't want to taste the powder.

As good as if not better than Chia
Bought it to eat but sprinkles a spoon full in the container garden … it sprouted!!!! Back to eating… I like the seeds in water… they quickly make a pudding with just the water and seeds. I the holy basil seeds better than Chia seeds.

Tastes awful but works GREAT!
Straight up this stuff tastes yucky bitter BUT it WORKS! However, taste can be somewhat masked by adding it to juice (or perhaps a smoothie, tho I haven’t tried that yet). Also, it doesn’t dissolve very well; you have to work at that BUT again, this stuff WORKS! Whenever we feel something coming on or are already in a full blown cold or illness, taking a tsp of this 2x a day definitely shortens the duration. I’m giving the product 4 stars for its effectiveness & purity only.
