Jack Black Exfoliating Scalp Scrub & Shampoo for Healthy Hair, Removes Buildup and Soothes Itchy Scalp

This Jack Black exfoliating scalp scrub + shampoo is a great product. It smells amazing and I like how clean it made my scalp feel. I have dandruff and itchy scalp. The peppermint oil made made my scalp tingle in the best way. I definitely recommend this product.

The shampoo itself works well, but, perhaps of the exfoliation, it’s difficult to get the shampoo out of the flip-top bottle. I often have to shake it a lot or squeeze it hard to get enough product. It would be more practical if it came in a jar or tub instead. Good product though, just not the easiest to dispense.

No ones a bigger Jack Black fan than me. But this stuff is way overpriced. It’s fine as a shampoo, has a nice menthol cooling kick. But way too expensive. This should be $20 max which would also be hilarious because then it would cost the same as their deodorant. Sigh.

This scalp scrub and shampoo has worked wonders for my hair. It has moisturized my scalp and helped heal my dandruff issue, all while leaving my hair healthy and clean. On top of that, it smells absolutely amazing! I highly recommend!

This is a nice scalp scrub and shampoo combo. The exfoliation is not harsh. It smells great and gives my scalp a tingling sensation. Overall it lathers in hair well and my hair feels fresh and clean.

I buy a lot of Jack Black products and this one is definitely the worst one I have bought and I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The tube is badly designed with a small hole and it is pretty much impossible to squeeze out of the tube. I've only ever been able to get the shampoo out of it the first time I used it. I would also not recommend this product based on Jack Black customer service. I contacted them about this product and was told I would be given a credit and then they backtracked and said they wouldn't give a credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and have run the person who emailed me multiple times and not had my call answered or gotten a call back. I've also sent them emails to follow up on it and gotten no response. I like their products (apart from this one) but you would be better giving your money to another company.

It's a shame that the hole in this bottle is too small to get the product out, because what's inside the tube is AMAZING. Those that said it doesn't last long are using WAY too much. No joke, a drop about the size of an almond can wash an entire head of hair (mens) with MASSIVE foaming action. As long as you don't use too much water, the sugar will exfoliate while the product expands into a lather. Follow up with a comb or shower brush, and your hair and scalp will be left super clean with very little product. I know this because a .5 oz trial tube lasted me for about 10 washes, which was superb for so little product. If only the bottle has a larger aperture to squeeze the product out, as many have said, it would be the most perfect travel shampoo ever created. The trial unit had a similar problem and I fixed it by drilling out a slightly larger hole, which allowed the product to come out. Another option is to add a little water to the tube, which will thin out the product and allow it to flow freely, but this dilutes it and makes the sugar exfoliation less effective. Hey Jack Black: Redesign this package with a 1mm larger hole, and you'll be in business with this product.

This is a nice mix, I liked the ingredients it had and it hasn't disappointed me. Good scent and easy to lather up in your scalp.

Very nice, pricey though and hard to squeeze out.
