No, they do not come with a case to carry. I'm very happy with these rollers.

Has anyone tried to sleep in these?

Not advisable in my opinion I would think sleeping in these jumbo rollers would be damaging to the hair & extremely uncomfortable to sleep in Try foam rollers for that. These rollers are for volume. Dry the hair almost completely, put them in for 10 minutes Do a quick blow dry and carefully remove them

What size is best for shoulder length hair?

I would suggest size large … I have pictures of what it looks like with my short hair but this review only allows me to send a video which I didn’t have a sample of. The medium that I ordered, I rarely use because the curl is too small, I use the large for volume .

Do these pull your hair out when you remove them?

my hair is med length and they do not pull as I unroll and don't PULL.
