Great thermometers, base station, and app
Bought this so I could monitor temperature in our house and garage while we were away. Love both price and functionality: (1) Setup was simple, including App to Base Station, Base Station to WiFi, and the 3 temperature/humidity Probes Base Station. (2) The Base Station connection to WiFi just works. (I previously had one by another manufacturer that was very flaky on establishing and maintaining WiFi connections, so this was a big deal.) (3) The app's ability to set ranges for each Probe, and alerts on my phone was very nice. I monitored our home from hours away during the recent subzero temps, to ensure that the house was OK.

Excellent little temp and humidity monitoring in a compact unit that's easy to put wherever needed
SO GLAD we got this for our toddler's room! We found out the humidity level was far too low and were able to adjust our home humidity control on our furnace to get it to the right level. Highly recommend this device, which connects seamlessly to the base station we already had for our smoke & CO2 detectors. Super easy installation and so far haven't had to worry about batteries for 3-4 months now. Once we get some more use out of it, I can speak to the longevity of the batteries, but so far so good! Very nice size, fits perfectly on top of a tall cabinet so it's discreet and safe from little hands. I like the accuracy and alerts you can set up through the app, with easy to read charts and records of humidity and temperature. I'll likely get a few more of these to monitor other parts of the house. Important to note: this device MUST connect to a base station, so it is not travel friendly at all. Had to buy a different little device to bring with me on my frequent work trips.

Easy Setup, Great App, Reliable Connections
Wow - I'm very impressed with this X-Sense Wi-Fi Indoor Smart Hygrometer Thermometer. I bought this to enable me to monitor remotely the temperature inside my lake cabin during the winter months when I am away. Sometimes the heating system goes out, and now I can have peace of mind that I am notified if/when the temperature in the cabin reaches levels near freezing. The set up of this system is made very easy, thanks to the great instruction booklet (with Q-codes) and the great app that you load onto your cell phone. Total setup time for me was about 3 minutes. Since setup, the system has worked flawlessly - no dropped internet router connections, no dropped sensor connections, etc. The system comes with everything needed - cable, AC power adapter, batteries (for the sensors), etc. For the price, this is an incredible value - especially because it comes with 3 sensors. Also, the system is apparently expandable with other types of sensors. Also - I like that this system has a separate base station which is A/C powered, which helps the batteries in the sensors last longer. It might be nice if the base station had an LCD display....but it's not really needed because the phone app is easy to launch and it displays all the info. Two thumbs up!

Mailbox Alarm, Security Cameras and Hygrometer All Work Great
Overall easy set up, good connection, work great. General: 1. Every item has an easy step up. 2. The range seems to be great. I've installed some smart switches, smart bulbs, and outlets that are quite touchy and don't have very good range, but not these. Seem to come right back when we loose power. Knock on wood, we haven't had problems with them going offline. 3. I saw a comments that you can't assign multiple accounts to the base station. This true, but you can put them all on one account and share them and that works fine. Note that the Mailbox Alarm and Hygrometer/Thermometers all share when added to the base station. For the Cameras you have to share each one individually. 4. These units all take "normal" batteries (triple or double AA, can't remember which) except the camera which have built in lithium rechargables. The app shows the battery strength which is handy. 5. I think the dashboard would be better if you had an option to see a tabular (spreadsheet style) display, especially if you have a lot of devices. App in general works well, but could be better. 6. No subscription required to get functionality Mailbox Alarm: Our mailbox is over 200 feet away and there is no line of sight, so I was concerned this would work but no problem. Hygrometers/Thermometers: These were $10 off for 3 with a base station, so that was cheaper then buying them individually. We have them outside (On a covered porch) and all over the house. We use some fans to move air from a finished basement to the upstairs to cut down on the AC. These have helped us improve the placement. Has an export data function, but I haven't tried it yet. Cameras: 1. You can get a cloud service subscription, but you don't have to. Motion sensing works great. At medium it triggers on people but not the cats. 2. We are mostly shady, but the solar cells seem to draw enough to keep the cameras charged up. You need to get a SD card per camera if you want to store and retrieve. 3. The share function requires more steps and has to be done for each camera. Seemed to lag from when you shared to when you could access, but they all eventually worked (maybe 5 minutes?). Could be because some where updating firmware. 4. These work where other items were not able to get on the WIFi. 5. There is some lag in the motion alarm and the actual motion. 6. You get a mic and speaker on each camera. Work fine with few second lag. 7. Each camera takes it's own SD card. Supposed to be able to download, but I haven't found that. 8. Viewing the recorded videos is 3 steps in the app (Click camera, then gear, then history) Would be better right Camera click. Not the greatest for picking out recordings (you have to scroll a line to a dot) but it all works.

Remotely and reliably monitor temperature and humidity
This is a great product for remotely monitoring temperature and humidity. It works exceptionally well, is a breeze to setup. The app supports multiple base stations as well so you can have multiple locations if necessary. For me, I have 2 base stations — one that I use to monitor my barn, farm office, and greenhouse, and the other that monitors my beehives — I place the sensors inside the hives. I do wish the thermo hygrometer sensors were a bit smaller, like Govees, but other than that have zero complaints. Battery life is very good. App performance is excellent and can easily view timeline trends per sensor by day, week, etc. A trend line report that would show all of a base stations connected sensors would be nice but there isn’t one currently. I have not tried any of X-Senses other sensors or safety / smoke detectors but if I had a need wouldn’t hesitate to add them to my systems.

Very Impressed and Happy with the X-Sense Wi-Fi Hygrometers, but I have issues with the App.
These were VERY easy to set up, and they have been working great. For most people they are acceptably accurate, within 1.5 degrees at 75 degrees. I'm more OCD, so I calibrated them to match a laser thermometer I use for reference. Overall, I'm very happy with these, but I do have a few minor complaints with the app. 1. When the temperature went over one of the set levels, I instantly received a notification. This was exactly what I needed and it was the main reason I bought these. But a few seconds later I received another notification that it was back in range. For the next two minutes I received about 10 messages reporting that it was out and then back in range. A little annoying, but for me, it was a small price to pay to know that I could count on them to notify me when they were out of range. 2. Some of the text within the app is too small and printed in light gray making it nearly impossible to read. 3. On the Home Screen the Base Station shows up first, but it doesn't need to be accessed very often, if ever, and it should be positioned last. The thermometers show up in the order they were added, but that's not the order I want them to be in. There doesn't seem to be anyway to reposition them. These are small issues, but it cost them one star.

Excellent product
Installed seven of these units at the end of October last year. I needed to monitor the temperature inside the house while away during the worst part of winter when the temperatures dipped down to 9F. All units performed flawlessly even though some were three floors below the base station and roughly 50’ away with floors and walls in between. Unlike similar products from competitors these were always on line and reporting the temperatures at their locations. These units also have the ability to set alarms to let you know immediately on your phone of temperatures falling below or going above your set points. Everything worked flawlessly. This was certainly a good investment, speaking of which, the price is very reasonable.

Doesn't do what it says!
I wanted to use this in my remote garage, connecting to its WiFi and letting me know, via the app on my phone, if the temp. rose too high or it got too damp. . I downloaded the X-Sense app and started to set the system up. I did not see anywhere where you could set a temp. for the alarm to sound. The app didn't have any graphs for temp. or hygrometer as the product photos show. The app only seemed to be for setting up an account and getting the sensors to pair with the base. Nothing else. . The app did suggest two subscription plans, which had a free trial period. One was local and the other would actually call the local emergency services. I thought maybe once the plan was set up the functionality would be made available. I chose the simple, local $19.99 annual plan and entered my CC details. There was no free trial given! Then the app asked for the product model. The drop-down menu kept giving me a pop-up that indicated only certain products work with the Smart AI plan, and it looked like this wasn't one of them! Tried several times and got the same brick wall. I gave up and immediately returned the product and got my refund from Amazon ion a couple days! The app was nothing like the Amazon description shows. I've no idea what these sensors are supposed to do. . I then saw that the credit card had been billed, even though I had been unable to complete the plan setup. An email confirmed my plan would end in a year, even though it noted the plan had been canceled. The app, at the time, indicated I had not set up the plan because I could not complete the process. It should not have charged me. . I contacted the company and did get a response to the effect this product was not supported by the Smart AI plans! They said because of this they would refund my $19.99. Fortunately, they did the next day. . I do not recommend this product or this company at all. I'm an engineer and can figure literally anything out. Not so here. I've no idea how others gave positive reviews

Worked well
We have it monitoring 3 commercial greenhouses for cold temperatures. Was very pleased that they worked as well as they did.

Leer bien la descripcion
Este dispositivo solo funciona con una base que no se vende en Amazon México. Por tal motivo les recomiendo no lo compren a menos que ya la tengan. De lo contrario solo es un gasto innecesario
