This fountain is life changing! My cats are always getting fresh, clean water thanks to this amazing fountain and great filtration! It’s also a lot bigger than I expected and super durable! My cats love and prefers it over their regular water bowl. It’s also super easy to use and has a super easy set up!

I love the clean look and the ease to clean it. My cats love moving water and drink the water with no problem.

So we have had this fountain for a long time now. I really like the fountain. I originally thought it was bigger so the cats could drink out if it at the same time, but they still only do it one at a time. It holds a lot of water. It's heavy so the cats can't move it. I don't mind cleaning it, I soak in water and a descale cleaner that is safe and it cleans up easy. My issue is water ends up under it or around it. We ended up buying a silicone mat due to this. It's quite a bit of water. :( I didn't understand how it was getting out, but I think it's coming out through that piece in the middle where that rubber cover goes over the cord inside. That is the only way it could be happening and I'm very careful when reassembling all of that. So I wish we could resolve this issue, if the manufacturer sees this message! Thank you.

I bought this in hopes that my cat would stop drinking out of the fish tank. That's not been a total success but my cat does love it. It seems to work well and is easy to clean. I also like that it's not plastic or metal. Our last "stainless steel " bowl rusted and was not great. This is so much more quality for the price.

I've had this fountain for ~7 months and love it! My cats love it and it's pretty mold resistant, so it doesn't get creepy if I skip a weekly cleaning. ***TIP IF THE MOTOR IS RUNNING LOUD*** I've found that, after cleaning the fountain, letting it dry, reassembling it, and filling it again with water, the pump tends to run loud enough to hear it. But if I unplug the fountain (with the fresh water in it), take off the top ceramic part, and then press the motor down to reseal the suction cups with the bottom of the ceramic bowl, then it runs completely silently once I plug it back in. In other words, when you assemble the fountain dry, you often need to reinforce the suction cup seal to the bottom of the bowl with a little bit of moisture. That resolves loud running/vibration of the motor for me! Cat response: Both of my cats prefer running water, so this fountain has been a great fit for them. One of my cats, a shy male cat, especially loves this fountain. He drinks noticeably more water now, based on what I see in the litter boxes. I also have the fountain up on a counter, and the cats love drinking from a safe, high perch. Cleaning: I appreciate that the whole fountain disassembles into easy-to-clean parts. The motor disassembly is a bit laborious (I have to use a toothpick to get the magnetic...fan? out of the motor. And the cap that fits over the motor is difficult to pry off, I usually use a metal chopstick to do so). I usually disassemble the motor every _other_ cleaning for my own sanity. Mold: No mold growth in the fountain in the past ~7 months, even in warmer weather. I used to have a cat fountain with an overarching spout; the spout was not completely submerged in water while in use, so black mold quickly developed in there and was difficult to eradicate. In this cupcake fountain, however, the motor and spout are constantly submerged in water, so I've never seen mold develop, even if I delay cleaning an extra week. Noise level: As I noted in my tip above, long as I give the motor an extra push to seal it to the bottom of the bowl with water, it runs completely silently. Always. Replacement parts: As of writing this review, this seller does sell replacement filters. I do recommend changing those out diligently!

Really, really wanted this to work!!! I need to be thankful it didn’t break while any of the animals were drinking from it. I’m giving up as I’m packing up my THIRD fountain to return. I loved that this was a glass fountain. So easy to clean, you can clearly see if anything extra dirt is in it, and don’t have to worry about chemicals/microplastics, etc. The issue is the small glass dome that goes over the filter. Even though they broke in the same spot- I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought the first break was an accident, and thought the second could have been due to crazy temperature fluctuations we recently had. Until I was being ridiculously careful a few minutes ago, while refreshing the water and it broke again! The third break in the same area of the dome. This time I will be returning it completely with no replacement. It’s even worse because I have to drive 25-30 minutes to the nearest spot to return each one.

Love this fountain and so do our cats. They love the running water. Its easy to clean and put back together. They used to get in the sinks for a drink of running water, now its on a rare occasion they get in the sink. Our greatgrandson thinks its a good place to get a drink from too yuck! Hes 2, so we have to keep him out of it,other than that its a wonderful way to keep fresh running water for your pets. The fountain is made heavy ,ours has been running everyday since we've had it for 3 years this year. It runs very quietly, all you hear is the water and i rarely hear that anymore. We feel it was very worth the price , I looked at others before I decided on this one and im glad I chose it,and when I told our vet I bought he was glad too. They drink from the fountain more than I ever saw at the water dish. I check and add water about every 2 days and complete change and clean the fountain every 5-7 days. Id highly recommend this fountain if your looking for one.

Flowing water seems to keep the water fresh, and the cat likes it.

The only fountain my cats drink from. The bowl is nice and easy to wash in a washing machine, pump...simple plastic pump, nothing special. We know the risks of buying it, but we had no choice because we had already tried out all of the possible options. And it worked. If the pump dies, we will buy another, I think, maybe from another brand, to live longer but so far it works!
