AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Like I said in the title, keyboard died within a month, the software won't install, the rgb doesn't work, the wheel doesn't work bcz it relies on non existent software. I reinstalled windows twice and I still couldn't install any of their drivers, some of which are in chinese only. Even while it worked without drivers, it was completely unstable and would lag all the time. Overall awful experience, keyboard now just died one month after inconsistent use. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Battery drains quickly
The touch, sound and the feel of the keyboard is good. However, there are 2 negatives: 1. Battery Consumption is fast. When you use it as Bluetooth mode (unplugged), the battery gets drained fast... in a week or so. 2. Occasionally, it stops working. It seems this issue happens when the battery is nearing empty energy during Bluetooth mode. It has happened to me 3 times. It happened soon before "battery is low" message came up, so I am assuming that the issue must be tied to the battery drainage problem. I still like the touch and feel of the keys so I continue to use it while connecting it to my PC with a USB connector. My initial intention was to use it as a Bluetooth (wireless) keyboard, so I am quite disappointed in this product. (In theory, you can still use it as a Bluetooth keyboard if you charge it up frequently... My previous bluetooth keyboard's battery lasted 6 months... so compared to that, I was shocked how this keyboard's battery runs out so quickly. )

Great beginner friendly custom board.
The keyboards finish it smooth to the touch. I bought the silver gmk67 aluminum version. There are 6 hex head screws that hold the board together. The screws are good quality as well. Probably won’t be stripping them. The board stock produces are deeper rich sound. The pcb and plate have a ton of flex cuts so the you are better off taking it apart to put switches on. Definitely need to be careful not to bend any switch pins. I believe it’s just a rebranded sugar65 with Tri mode connection. My only problem with the quality is the mode slider is a bit wobbly. It still works great so don’t let it deter you from buying. The customer service is really great too. Boyi answered my questions in less then a hour. The rgb is not the highest of quality, but it still works great. The rgb is a 8/10. The board is really versatile. It can clack, thock, and be poppy depending of what case foam you use. Ali express also sells different plates. All sugar65 parts fit. For the price I would say buy for sure. This board is one of the budget greats. If anyone has any questions I’ll answer them. The board is also very heavy. The aluminum seems to be good quality. There is no case ping at all. 8.7 out of 10 overall. On my scale anything over 7.9 is a great deal. I have never given a 10 because nothing is perfect.

Amazing keyboard kit
This keyboard kit is amazing for people just getting into the hobby of custom mechanical keyboards. I have been in the hobby for about a year now and this is one of the best keyboards that I have tried till this date. I highly recommend to people who don’t want to spend lots but still want an amazing keyboard.

Amazing Keyboards, Fantastic Customer Service, Great Business
Absolutely fantastic experience with BoyI! Aside from their beautiful keyboards, their customer service and support have been nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. Communicating with them about their keyboards was seamless and straightforward. I’ve purchased two of their keyboards so far. While I initially had an issue with one (key stuttering after some time), their team promptly resolved it by providing me with a replacement in purple—talk about fast and efficient service! The keyboard itself is impressive. The design is aesthetically pleasing and perfect for customization. It’s beginner-friendly for mods and setup, yet durable enough for heavy use. No issues with keyboard responsiveness yet and the color options are great. I’ve used it extensively for both work and gaming, and it performs like a dream. Would recommend buying from them if you are looking for quality backboards and top-tier support. Thank you again!

Not Great But All Frame Kits Seem Pretty Bad
Ordered this to build a custom keyboard for my wife. Nice feel and weight to it and looks sleek but that is all the positives. Trying to find the right software was extremely annoying as there is like 4-5 different software listed on their website with the same name of this board which most don't do anything and don't detect the keyboard. The wireless is just does not work. It lags constantly and disconnects. Ordered a separate USB-C cable and only using wired as the wireless is completely unusable. Best idea for anyone trying to build a custom keyboard is just find a keyboard you like that has hotswappable switches and swap the switches out and keycaps for what you want. These barebones keyboards are all chinese brands with horrible software, stock issues or extremely expensive and not worth it. There are not that many options when it comes to barebones as you would think and the custom keyboard scene is not as big/popular as they make it seem. Its expensive, time consuming and you wont be able to find exactly what you want in terms of themes unless you spend a ton of money on Etsy which is already sketchy.
