Pretty good item for the price. I've used the different pads with my drill and they are holding up well.

These worked so well with buffing out my front windshield now I don’t see any cracks, the material is good quality, and works well with drill

I use these to help clean my aluminum on my rig.. it wasn't exactly designed for that.. but it works well.. the only problem i have.. is the polish for the aluminum eats the glue on the pad after a while.. as I said not thier fault.. aluminum polish has stronger chemicals in it.. not like normal polish would.. so I can't really say anything about that yet..

“I was excited about the variety in this set, but after a couple of uses, some of the pads started breaking down and shedding. The smaller ones worked okay on trim, but the larger pads didn’t hold up under moderate pressure. It felt more like a starter kit than something you could rely on long-term. Instead of leaving my car glossy, it left me feeling a little… deflated.”

Very pleased with the cut of these pads. I wasn't expecting much but they really cleaned up the sanding scratches (yellow pad) in the new 2K clear coat. I cut all the larger areas I could with a wool pad but on this trike there are some really tight areas around the tail lights and a channel between the box and fender flare that I couldn't get to. Cleared scratches from 1500 grit in those areas. I use the extensions on the rotary so I can see what I'm doing. The backing plates are good and solid and will suit my use just fine. UPDATE: Finally had the need to test the 1" microfiber pad. Used with drill attachment and Meguairs compound on isolated scratches in the clear coat. Don't over do the compound, just enough to spread lightly on the pad. Moderate pressure to start then back off on the pressure and widen the area slightly to feather out. Ready for wax. Tremendous results.
