Bought this for my husband, who has type 2 diabetes, he can get all his necessaries in the case, neat & tidy. Ideal for travel as it has a hard shell so everything's protected inside. Nice bright colour inside so he can see what he needs when light is an issue. ( testing at night)

A little smaller than expected, but very satisfactory in spite of this.

It allows me to keep all my diabetic equipment and tables in the same place. Easy for travel, and just knowing it's all together, safe.

It’s a well made case with good space and also hard back for protection. The huge issue though, is that the side netting used to store lancets needles and such, cannot be secured and it has a gap of about half an inch at the net opening (see attached picture). As soon as you open this case, all the lancet needles are just everywhere which is very annoying. If you’re not careful and the case isn’t opened flat, they would just pour out all over the floor. A simple closing mechanism (Velcro or stud button) on the netting would make this case a 5 star product. Such a shame and an obvious design flaw.
