It is a good product in terms of softness; the cord length is good. Heat retention is not there in this product; it will feel too hot after a while, and then I will have to turn it down to 0, and it will lose its heating. It would have been nice if it could retain the heat when the level is turned to zero; other than that, it's a good product for pain relief.

Stopped working in few weeks
After one month not working. The service center is in Delhi. You have to bear the cost of shipping which doesn't make sense if outside Delhi. Low quality product

Good product. Warranty service is ok but can be improved. Vendor should bear courier expenses to handle defective product. I landed up paying twice. 250 total for item costing 599.00. needs serious thought by vendor. Why should customer suffer for a product that does not work under warranty?
