I really like how it shakes up smoothly compared to other egg white protein drinks. It could be less sweet (vanilla flavor) but has no sugar, stevia sweetens the drink. I use it for extra nutrition & right now the price seems to have been reduced compared to a couple years ago.

Very creamy. Nice taste, but very sweet. Takes getting used to. My body did NOT like this product. I have IBS. It gave me terrible gas that lingered and was rather embarrassing. Would not buy again.

It’s Okay. It Mixes well and I didn’t experience any digestive issues. However, the taste and after taste of stevia can be overwhelming and I don’t particularly care for it.

I am a fitness enthusiast, have a BS in Kinesiology and am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor so finding products that I like is important. I gave this product a 4 star only because the taste was a little different than what I'm used to. I typically use a well known, top selling product so I compared it to that particular brand. This protein has LESS calories and less sodium than my usual and it has MORE of the essential amino acids. This product is also virtually ALL protein (only 4 grams of carbs) so that is another bonus. Overall, this product is much healthier than the one I've been using. Also, it mixes well and doesn't clump. Excellent product!

Great taste. Great energy from the product without feeling jittery. I now drink this every morning. Does not have a lot of vitamins but does have 25g of protein!

I really liked this product. It was smooth and easy to blend. I. Put banana and strawberries with some milk in it. Has a great taste and keeps me full.
