I was expecting a round base with the function of turning into pick as shown on product page. However, it arrives as a fixed pick at the base. Still functions the same from similar brand bought from store, but I should be getting what is shown and not any other alternative.

I've been using this product for a long time and I can tell you, I liked and enjoyed using it. Very easy to use when you're in a hurry. I usually use it every day and it does a good job when flossing my teeth. I particularly used this product while at work considering the inconvenience of using or bringing a regular floss. And the good part of this is that ---it uses recycled plastic with is good for the environment. So 5 stars for this product!

They get out everything. The double floss works so well. We don’t use any other flossers anymore. The best!
