Creative Playthings Sling Swing with Chain

This set is slightly lighter duty than another set I bought previously but priced accordingly. The plastic coating on the chains only goes up about 24 inches and suffices for kids. The chain is long enough to hang low enough for a toddler to get on the seat. The set seems heavy duty enough to sustain a 160 pound adult, but the plastic coated chains don't go up far enough for adults. In all, a solid product!

Very sturdy seat and chain. The plastic coating on the chain is helpful to keep small fingers from getting pinched or stuck. Easy to install on any typical jungle gym hook as a replacement swing. It is comfortable enough.

Nice solidly made swing. My only complaint is that the chains are shorter than normal swings so my 2 year old can't get himself up without help. The kids love it though because they think it's an older kid swing since it's so high. The rubber is great- no way for the kids to get their fingers pinched in the chain.

Great quality but the chains were very short. Not sure if our swing-set is higher than most but I had to add 6"-8" of chain for the kids to to be able to reach the swings easily. Not really an issue with the product, just be aware if you have a taller than average swing-set.

The swing would be fine if it weren't for the fact that in less than 2 years the rubber that is sprayed onto the chain degrades to the point of being sticky, melted, and unusable. And unfortunately for us it comes with a 1 year warranty so no way to fix the problem. Our other swings that came with our play set are much older and have not had this problem at all. I do not recommend.

These are very strong, very well made sling swings that more than exceeded my expectations. The chains are unusually thick, and the kids that are using them seem to love them! The bright green color is attractive and they were easy to install on a swingset that already had hooks to hang them on. If I had known about these I might have replaced the old swings sooner!

Nothing much to say good or bad about this. It's a swing seat. Seems to be fairly good quality, although I didn't get a chance to examine it too closely before it was given to our grandson.

I bought for my daughter, but my husband and I have both sat on the swing and felt very sturdy. The coating is thick on the chain and goes about 10 links up and after that there is no coating. The length was perfect for our home made swing frame.
