Don’t know what I was expecting, but this pillow is AMAZING! Not pregnant, I just have alot of severe back issues and arthritis. This pillow stays cool, I haven’t noticed any heat from it since sleeping with it for over a week. It’s improved my sleep! The pillow is very soft, and has plenty of cushioning all around! It perfectly wrapped all around my body, and I’m 5’4. I can sleep in both directions when I side sleep now, because the pillow has made it SO MUCH EASIER to position my arms when laying on my left side 💖 I got the storage bag to go with the pillow, for on the go traveling. I love how it comes apart in 3 parts as well. The pillow for the head is also very comfy! I definitely recommend this body pillow to anyone!

This pillow is the pillow of my dreams ! I am not pregnant but love having a ton of pillows to cuddle up with. This pillow envelops me on all sides and the long part goes between my knees. I don't overheat with it and I stay in one spot all night and wake up feeling like I finally got a good nights sleep. When I first got it I thought it looked nothing like the picture. Like it didn't seem as big as I'd thought it was. But it is so freaking comfortable. I don't need a pillow as it perfects raises my head without the discomfort most pillows give my neck. If you need a good pillow for sleep or maternity this is so worth every single penny spent. I thought it was a little pricey , but it is so worth it. My husband wants one too so I'll be ordering another one.

I used this pillow for a long time. I wasn't pregnant. It was just comfortable to sleep like this. However, over time, it started creating kinks in my spine, and I had to stop using it

I was going to wait a few days to write this but I can’t help myself. I think I should have waited a few days to get something else instead but the overnight shipping got me with the photo I thought this would be just right for my pain. NOT This is NOT a firm or even medium firm pillow. It’s soft and flimsy. The photo shows mom holding the shorter end in between legs and supporting belly, look I’m 5’2” and there’s no way that short piece is going to hold both it’s like half the length shown. I’m on the verge of sue for false advertisement. So what else the photo is a lie it’s not supportive it doesn’t fit a body which I’m short cmon it’s flimsy I can’t even say it should be considered a U shape more like a j a weak j. I’d be afraid to wash it. It seems like such poor quality and I can tell you its performance is NOT what the company tries to promote, doesn’t even live up to half of that. Oh and there is this zipper I will say just completely uncomfortably in the way. The weakness is not only poor for support but for shape meaning it loses its shape and you’re constantly trying to adjust to get it right to look like the photo. I would be more supported in a hole of foam cubes at a trampoline park. Since the shape is so weak it won’t be easy to take the cover off and wash and then put back on so the cover idea of easy to clean is weak as well. The cover is not even all that great of a selling point I had one 6 years ago can’t remember which company and I could throw that bad boy in the wash and still have it come out it’s shape, not this. The material is think and cheap and feels like it’ll get a hole in it easily and the inside just feels like a bunch of loose foam not even one piece it’s like the inside of a cheap fast fashion couch. 🤮 I hate I wasted time and money on this thing and now for FALSE ADVERTISING it’s up to me to return it to get my money back. Just don’t buy this please.

I wanted to try this U shaped pillow to get better support for both my belly and my back. It ended up being way too large for me - I'm petite at 110 lbs pre-pregnancy. Sometimes one edge slides off the bed and it's an effort to haul it back onto the bed. Hugging the thicker end is also not feasible as a small person. I wish both sides were the same thickness so that when I need to switch sides, it's more of an equal experience. The back side is simply too thick for my body, and I think a wedge shape would actually be more suitable so the pillow actually stays put. The cooling cover definitely does not help - the material is too slippery and I think it causes my skin to slide off the pillow too easily. It also slides off the bed really easily. I chose cooling since I thought it'd be good for summer nights, but I still got sweaty on warmer nights. The nice thing is that it is all 1 piece so it generally stays put - even the shape at the top for your head. In the end though, I returned it because earlier in pregnancy, had a single smaller but long pregnancy pillow / wedge pillows previously that worked better for my small body. Usually regular pillows also help build the same fortress that the U shape pillow is providing for back support.

I am very picky when it comes to pillows, I have a lot of neck issues and I also have severe pain in my hips so I am primarily a stomach sleeper because it's usually the only way I can comfortably sleep without having a ton of pain, but it causes a lot of the neck pain, and I also love being cocooned by pillows, so our bed usually has too many pillows in it. I got this because I've recently been sleeping on my sides after discovering I am newly pregnant. This pillow is a GAME CHANGER. Idk how I went so long without having one! I was able to sleep comfortably all night on either side with the soft pillow between my legs supporting/taking the pressure off my hips, and supported my head and neck. I don't think I've slept that good in a long time... My only issue was that there are a lot of zippers and I could feel them at times which is a little annoying but I'm definitely able to look past that.

Highly disappointed. I’ve had a pharmedoc body pillow for several years due to back issues. Mine was starting to show signs of wear from use and washing. They changed all the great things and the new pillow is cheaper and less well made. First my old one had much better quality fluff. It was soft but didn’t compress flat when laid on, and was more filled. The new pillow is lumpy all over and just by feeling it you can tell is less filled and cheaper quality because it feels rough when squeezed, like the low quality fill in the bags. Because of this the head area compresses too flat for it to be my only pillow. So I need another on top, which brings me to my next point. The head area is TINY and much smaller than a typical pillow. The head area on the new one is higher on one side and slopes downward, so the top pillow is at a weird angle. Hoping to shift the stuffing to even it out. Whereas the sides of my pillow were wider and more flat, these are more round like a tube of meat and because the fill is garbage, they compress down and didn’t feel very supportive when I tested it out. My original may have been wider and less rounded, but the fill was great. It didn’t compress much and could afford to be more flat while still feeling supportive. I noticed immediately that the cover snags on my earrings (nothing crazy, just normal studs) and that it has loose stitching in some areas already. Aside from it being lumpy and mushy when laid on, the sides are also shorter. The detachable portion was short to begin with, with not much room to spare in my curled up side position. This is even shorter. Overall I’m super unhappy with all the changes. I’m going to try to add more fluff and even the lumps and hope it helps. In the photos, the newer pillow is a blue/grey and you can see the size differences. The last two are pics of obvious lumps, but might be hard to see in photos.

This was perfect during pregnancy. I miss it now that my baby is here... highly recommend the one with the "cooling cover" as it has a nice texture and keep you cool.

My wife ended up never using this. It is not anywhere near as large and bulky as shown in the pictures. This item is a scam. Avoid.

The material was slippery, and it wouldn’t stay in place to give the support I required. It was soft but fairly thinly filled and wouldn’t maintain its shape.

The pillow itself is great, it’s not super firm or bulky and I find it easy to sleep with. I don’t like the material of the pillow case. It’s supposed to be cooling but I just find it thin and kind of sticky/clingy. It doesn’t feel great. I would have returned it but it’s easy to take one and off and it cleans really well so I kept it.
