I purchased this unit and place it in the living room. The unit was very easy to set up, just follow the instructions. The noise is non existent and it has been working great. I have only had the unit less than a week, so we shall see in about a month. The air quality is good. The dust removal is working (I dusted before setting up the unit and so far no dust). The timer for each unit is manually adjusted by me, which I do not have a problem with because I work from home. You may run the unit in increments of 2 hours, up to 8 hours. It automatically shutdown after your selected time. The air freshness is definitely noticeable. We no longer wake up with stuffy noses and I noticed not a lot sneezing. So far, I am a fan of this air purifier. The area where the purifier is about 800 sq. ft.

Bought a 2 pack. The units worked perfectly. Big noticeable difference in air quality. Very quiet. Replacement filters are super reasonable….however….one of the units started to develop an annoying sound with the fan motor. BUT…Here is the great news. I called the company directly and believe it or not both calls made were answered by a helpful human!! They said they had not gone A.I. yet, and I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have a live customer service experience. Best customer service I have ever seen. After verifying my purchase at Amazon, trying some suggested diy solutions that did not fix the issue, and a few personal emails back and forth with a super helpful rep…in less than a week I received an email with a tracking number for the replacement on the way! Awesome product and amazing customer support!!!

PuroAir 400 is a great product. I have had it for two months and I am completely satisfied with the quality. It is extremely quiet. I have quite a large room, 30' x 30' and 20' ceilings that open into a loft. I feel the dust has been reduced and the air smells cleaner. I have the ability to keeps it off the walls which helps with airflow. I keep the setting on automatic however it will change to high when cooking fish or something smoky. It seems to help remove the odor quickly. The sensor will automatically change should a situation arise... nice feature! I do not have the need for the sleep mode therefore I cannot comment on its effectiveness. I understand the filters are expensive however the health of my family is worth the cost.

Works well but is a little loud at night when I’m sleeping. I got used to it and now enjoy it as it blocks out other noises. I would suggest you leave room door open or it gets hot on your room when this is on. Has helped with my allergies.

The air purifiers are working great! They are almost silent at low speed and do not intrude on sleep. They are small enuf to fit in a corner without presenting a danger to someone, like me, who trips over their own feet. Do they work? When I moved into the condo there was mold. My nose ran, my eyes itched. and I had a constant stuffed up head.?I I’m allergic to mold. Do I cleaned up all visible mold and ordered the air purifiers. Three weeks later after running one in the bedroom and 1 in living room 24 c7 my symptoms are gone - only return if it’s been raining which for me is norm. So I say they work to clean the air and make breathing easier. I’ll continue to use them as a precaution and also to ward off anything else that’s floating around - like what the cat brings in on his furry coat.

This air purifier is Very quiet and does the job. We have a cat and between cat hair and just plain ole dust, the vacuum cleaner canister was very full when I did my floors. Since we've had this purifier, there is Very little dust on the furniture and only a Small amount collected when I vacuum. Both my husband and I have allergies which have improved since we've purchased the machine. It's so nice to breathe clean air. Highly Recommend!!!

Absolutely love this purifier. You will be surprised at the amount of dust you have in your home after using this. They are pretty big size too which means it might he hard to find a spot for it. Its quiet, it has different settings to choose from like how high you want it to run which means it sucks up more but its less quiet. You can also choose to have it run only when it senses something to purify in the room. Very effective in my opinion and removes any odors from the room as well

Great air purifier because it is compact and aesthetically pleasing and not overly loud. There is an easy to use app that you can control the settings from and can see the filter life percentage. If you don't want to use the app, you can control the settings from the top of the purifier. The filter is easy to remove for when replacement is needed and the power cord is a decent length to reach outlets that might not be as accessible. There are multiple speed settings and even a sleep mode setting if you need quiet to sleep.

Seems to work great. Doesn't take up much room and runs fairly quietly. Easy to use and instructions are easy to understand. Great buy.

Best product we have acquired for air purification. Bonus is its control on dust. Wife has minimal coughing with the units capacity to clean the air .we use in our home witch is 1400 sg ft.

Worked well to start with then kept cutting out, contacted suppliers but wouldn’t refund as I am in the UK.contacted Amazon and they refunded me

The product is lightweight cheap plastic. The company ship to the UK yet the device requires a voltage step-down unit to cope with the 110V rated USA device. Company either dumb or dishonest. Factor in additional £50-100 for device to step down UK 240V. So far not seen source for replacement HEPA filters on Amazon either.

Efficient, and yet quiet, these filters made an immediate difference in the quality air in our house. I would recommend these without hesitation.
