Good But Not Overnight
Briefs are weighted after changing and logged. At about 100 ml it clumps and sags. It will saturate and seep through after about 3-4 hours, so needs to be changed at least twice nightly. It is very comfortable and effective with no odor, but is not an "overnight" brief. It works well with sheath catheters but needs to be checked to make sure the catheter is not leaking.

Nice fit
My husband has been through a few packs of various briefs. These ones seem to fit him well and he is comfortable wearing them. This size is perfect, I was always buying him a large but I think its better for him to wear something a little snug as opposed to something loose. My husband weighs 182 lbs and never did I think he would fit in a s/m but they do fit him nicely.

Haven't used them yet but could be better
I bought these for a future vacation for obvious reasons but looking at them I just think they need to be redesigned. I don't have much of a problem yet so I'm not terribly experienced with incontinence but I did have issues when my naturopath put me on saw palmetto which triggered incontinence. I noticed with Guard and Shields the leakage often happened to the right or the left of the pad. So, I bought a package of these and I can see that I'm going to have the same problem I did with Guards and Shields. For me the pad just isn't always where the urine starts from. The padding should flare out in a V shape to capture urine starting from the left or right of your center line. Think of windshield wiper - it swishes right and left. If the blade is all the way left or right and there's no pad...well you've got a problem. Also, I bought the small size thinking they would be tight and because my waist is at the top of the small range. But they are loose. I don't see how urine is not going to leak out the sides. I could be wrong and I apologize for misleading you if I am, but I'm going to keep searching for a better answer. That said Iโm glad there is something even though it could be improved.
