Can you please provide the dimensions - how tall and wide are they?

Sorry I can't find a ruler to be accurate but they are roughly a cm in size and 1 maybe 2 mm deep. I found them quite difficult to get out of the mould because they are so thin.

Is it best to use modelling paste or a combination of paste & fondant

I just use fondant but roll it really thin and let it dry out for 1/2 hour. But modeling paste and fondant is fine aswell. Dust your mould with a bit of cornflour first. Good luck
