Good and solid bracket. But those pre-dril hole should have been countersink so screw would be flush with bracket.

These are heavy duty and good enough to mount a Lenovo laptop horizonally under my desk. As other laptop mounts aren't slim enough. This gives it a mininamlistic and sleek look - so that my knees don't keep dumping into the laptop or mounts.

Perfect for what I needed to support a very very large mirror. Very strong will order again if needed.

Great product. Good quality material and well packaged

These brackets are a decent gauge of metal and a good size for many jobs where solid support is needed for an item that is not too deep front to back. They will accommodate items up to about an inch thick and, provided they are fixed properly, will support a lot of weight. No screws are provide in this package but that is fine as I usually prefer to use my tried and trusted brand. The finish in black was fine but when I came to offer up the bar I wished to fix there was an unforeseen problem. Whilst the bar would happily fit into the brackets on testing it wouldn't fit snuggly in when the screws were in place to fix the bracket to the wall. This was because the screw holes had not been countersunk and so the screw heads were standing proud of the internal surface of the bracket and fouling the bar. A modification is required before I can use the brackets for my intended use. That seems to be a big oversight in the design and manufacture of these brackets and something I had never considered because normally even very cheap brackets are countersunk. Value wise just short of £4 per bracket is just too much for an item that you may have to adapt before you can use it.

I really like these U-shaped metal picture holders. They are well-made and a good shape plus I like the finish which is quite a soft matt type. I think they are a really useful part of my decorating toolbox, It's good to have them in because I never know when I'll need them. Over the years I've used ones similar to this for displaying pictures and artwork. You can fit two of them a level distance from each other and use it for displaying large canvases. You can also use them to display tiles. I am quite a quirky decorator so I have used them to display various art pieces I have made, and also favourite books, shadow boxes, LP's and my children's art work. It gives you a lot of freedom when you can swap and change what's on view without having to bother about nails or fasteners or what's attached to the wall. You fit these once and then you can just change the images on it as many times as you want. These ones are really well made and very strong, you could put anything on them. They are so versatile, and once you have them you will wonder what you ever did without them!
