I purchased RockTape Extra Sticky to support my ankle while recovering from a running-related injury. The tape has excellent adhesion and stays in place even after long periods of walking and daily activity. It provides noticeable support and stability without restricting movement too much. What impressed me most is how well it stays attached around the ankle, which can be a difficult area to tape properly. The material is comfortable to wear and the extra sticky version lives up to its name. Obviously, tape is not a substitute for proper rehabilitation or medical advice, but as part of my recovery plan it has been very helpful. I would happily buy it again and recommend it to runners and active people looking for additional support.

you need to pay careful attention to the amount of tension you out through the tape when putting it on - but if you are doing it correctly this product provide excellent support that when used appropriately alleviates discomfort and pain during injury recovery. The Extra Stickie is the one to go for - it stays on and does exactly the job it should - still takes some effort to get off after 2 / 3 days - worth the very premium price would recommend.

Gives great support and can survive a 30 min swim session but one tiny little catch of a corner and it starts to unstick. It comes off quite easily after a swim but won't stay on longer than a day. I've had better luck with Sporttape (cheaper too). I have sensitive skin but this was fine but do not put any stretch on the ends otherwise you may end up with a rash. I had it on under a unloader knee brace but the brace started to peel it off.

You get what you pay for with KT (kinesiology tape). * I've bought the cheaper stuff previously, trying to avoid the more pricey stuff, and it's totally false economy. * The cheap stuff is "okay" for a day, but RockTape is the future, trust me! 2. I've had this same tape on now for a few days (recovering shoulder). * It's been in the shower, slept on, rubbed - it doesn't move, no peeling, etc. * It's firmly in place and has kept its elasticity throughout. 3. This is the most reliable KT Tape you will ever find on the market. * Resilient, adhesive, durable, waterproof, and you definitely, DEFINITELY get what you pay for. 4. THE BEST TAPE for muscular or joint issues: * Relieves pain * Stabilizes joints * Allows natural movement and support

This tape made the difference between being off sick from work and still managing to do my job with modifications. I found it lost its stick once it got wet, but my hands were constantly getting wet due to my job. I also needed to change the tape daily because it made my arm itchy if I left it on longer. This may have been more to do with my job than the tape though. I was surprised how much support this tape gave my wrists.

I've learnt the kinesiology tape helps me a lot. I've bought cheaper brands which have worked really well and have been very sticky/adhesive. Though I'd plump for the luxury brand for a change and although it still helps as hoped with pain & soreness, I'm really disappointed with the adhesion. It doesn't last half as long and peels up a lot. Especially since I purchased the extra sticky Rock Tape. Bit of a let down. It still works, but I won't be in a rush to spend and extra £10 for no extra benefit again.
