OK, maybe this ink cartridge will not change your life however, it’s easy to change in your printer and to me that can be very life-changing. :) it also prints well so bonus points for good ink!

Expensive, but worth it over the cheaper stuff.
I know these are quite expensive, but they are good for about 5,500 pages. Also, the quality of the HP cartridges is totally superior to the cheaper stuff and will not ruin your machine like cheaper toner has been known to do. And with the cheaper stuff the quality and color is so off that I would much rather pay the HP premium than have to deal with shotty print results (when compared to HP results). Still..., I did gasp at the cost of filling the machine with the X cartridges, but they will last me likely for at least a year since I'm not a business, just a home user who likes pristine print quality! Not compatible with my previous HP printer which is disappointing, but whatever.....

Worked great, but too expensive
This was the first replacement cartridge after the OEM toner that came with the new 4-in-1 printer was low. I wanted to stick with HP toner. Now my 4 colors are low again and while I'd prefer HP toner, I'm just not going to spend $1000 on the 4 toner cartridges when I can buy a whole new machine for less than that. So this time I'm trying a generic brand for about $120 for ALL 4 colors and praying that they work well. Come on HP, the price of your toner is insane! At least have a 4 pack we can buy at a discounted price to entice us to continue using OEM toner.

Always buy HP toner cartridges the others are trouble
I’ve bought aftermarket replacement non HP Toner and regret that decision. They work for two or three weeks and then nothing but problems. The HP toner cartridges are apparently the only way to go.
