Update 03/07/2026 I kept my 5 stars. This is still helping a lot. Thank God. The only symptoms I would like to share is the Fatigue. This supplement makes me EXTREMELY fatigue. I would say that I start feeling the tiredness around 8 to 10 hours after taking it. I had to take 3 to 4 hours naps. It’s crazy. I had gallbladder removal surgery 15 years ago, but the doctors never warned me about the side effect. For 15 years I have been dealing with bloating and digestion issues. Having to run to the toilet after my first meal in the morning. Can’t sleep around other people, can’t travel and their guest at people’s house. For 15 years, it has been such a pain. Today for the first time I am feeling better. I have no bloating. I did not run to the toilet after my first meal I feel light. He is such a life changer.

This works wonderful. It really helps aiding in digesting my food and I have less bloating. It has also help with regularity

I've been talking it for about 2 months now. I have no gallbladder, it works wonderful for me. Glad I found it!!!

This has literally ended years of suffering from severe constipation that led to the development of hemorrhoids! I went heavy on it the first several days and gave me severe diarrhea that have not experienced in a long long period of time but subsided the next day! I wish the doses of each capsule is less than 500mg to fit various sizes of meals! Also, I found some capsules that were almost empty so there is no consistency in the bottle! Finally I sometimes burb with tasting bile salts after taking them! I strongly recommend giving this a try anyway if you are dealing with constipation! Hope you find this helpful! Be mindful that constipation could come back when you stop taking bile salt for some time so you need to work on your liver and getting to the root cause of not producing enough bile salts naturally! I haven’t figured this out yet unfortunately :(
