The quanlity is awesome. We can operate it from any part of the world. It is easy to operate. The night view is totally awesome. The sound, story, camera quality everything is good. But the only problem is sometimes the connectivity is not good. We have to switch off and then on the camera. Sometime it just stop moving may be because of internet connection. However it was good.

Review 1: 29 Sep 24 Today I received the product. Packaging and items inside were intact and well kept. Installation was super easy. It's like a plug and play device. I had to download the Philips home security app and after signup, it was smooth process to follow. Device upon switching on, got detected in the app and connection with my home wifi was in seconds. Video quality is very good, met my expectations. Movement detection Sensors working good. You can use Li e Monitoring on your app even without MicroSD card. However, I recommend using a SD card. It supoorts 128 GB. You also have option to subscribe to the premium plan where your video feed will be stored online in Philips cloud and accessible for last 14 days. I'll update the review after few months of usage.

Update on 12/01/2026:- Finally the camera stopped responding. No matter how much I try (reboot/switch off and on) it couldn't be connected anymore you can see In the 3rd photo. After reboot or switch off and on it will be connected hardly for 10 Seconds and get disconnected. I really regret the time when I decided to buy this philips camera. Since beginning it tortured me as much as it could. Update: 06/01/2025:- Taking one more star from my rating as Philips couldn't solve my issue related to reference No. 3038675. Now they're not attending or replying my WhatsApp calls & messages. Now, since October 2024 they are just responding to my emails that to after 20 or 30 days. After one month they appear just to inform me that Philips technical team is working on my issue and they will inform me when their technical team finds solution of my issue. Today I sent them a reminder as they didn't replied my email which was sent to them on December 2024. Updated: 19-12-2024: My request (reference number: 3038675) is pending since 03-10-2024 with Philips. After I unsubscribed the cloud storage the camera keeps me on asking to format my card but every time I try to format the card it ask me to try later. Is it some kind of tactics Philips is playing so that I re-subscribe the cloud storage. 1st solve my above mentioned request (reference number: 3038675) which is kept unresolved since the month of October 2024 then only I'll think for re-subscribing Pros: 1. Good video and audio quality. Cons: 1. Motion tracking in pan direction only. 2. System ask you to format SD card 2 to 3 times in a week. And now suddenly it shows that no SD card is detected. 3. It doesn't delete older recordings and store latest recordings as claimed by the Philips. Instead it will ask you to format the SD card when your card is full. And if you don't format SD Card to save the footages the system will stop detecting your SD card. I tried to protect the footages by with and without encrypting the SD card but the result is same you will have to format SD card otherwise you can't record new footage and in addition you cannot view older footages too in the app. 4. You can't watch anything recorded in SD card in laptop/desktop etc. even when the enscription option for SD card is off. 5. After sale service is very pooooooooorrrrr. They ask for your home id, email ID, model number etc. etc and suddenly they disappear and don't respond you. 8. I rejected other camera and chose Philips as I trusted the brand. But it was my mistake and if you want to repeat my mistake then buy Philips security camera and I assure you that next time you will copy-paste my review.

Quality of video is amazing and IR is there for night vision . Camera being 360 degree , will give wide angle view . Audio is Two Way and crystal clear . All features like alarm , motion sensor , person detection are good . Its peace of mind when I went out station and able to view my house all the time .

It's a compact camera. I have been using it (paired with Samsung 128Gb card) for few months now and found it to be very helpful. Philips app has nice connectivity and easy controls. Although live connection has a lag for iPhone, works well with Android. Picture quality is good, you won't miss any details. Feedback: There should be an option for longer cords in case of wall mounting.

I was going on a 15 day long trip and had to keep our cat at home - with a maid taking care of him for 1 hour daily. But for the rest of the day we'd be terrified of what our cat would be doing alone and so I ordered this camera. Now there are much cheaper ones available on the market including from Godrej - but this one had the best reviews. So I didn't do too many calculations and went with this. And boy was my decision correct!!! The camera offers exceptionally high quality feed - and any time my cat moved - it would notify me with a live view of what the cat was doing. I have tested this in night also and still the feed is exceptionally high quality. I'd say if you are buying this camera for something important, then definitely dont try to save that money dont go for cheaper cameras on the market. This one is definitely worth it. BUT: a. Motion Tracking: The camera offers motion tracking wherein it will follow a moving object (with its 180 degree swivel). But this motion tracking sucks!! Given the premium charge on the camera - it shouldn't suck this bad but even if the object is moving in one line in the forward direction the camera will jerk backwards 2-3 times in 10 seconds giving a very bad motion tracking experience. b. iPhone Setup Issue: I used my iPhone SE 2020 to setup this camera and after 50 attempts (I have even posted a question here on the amazon QnA) I couldn't set it up. Which made me think the camera is defective or Im doing something wrong. But when I tried on an android device it setup in an instant. Literally an instant. May be it was a problem with my particular iphone model, but I am pretty technically savvy and I still couldnt figure out how to set it up on my iphone. (I setup on android device and logged into my account on my iphone - which worked on my iphone se - then I logged out of the android device.) Ill still highly recommend this device with 5 stars - very good quality.
